Easter Bunny Nesting Dolls

Easter Bunny Nesting Dolls  Inspiration is everywhere... I have always adored nesting dolls since I was a little girl, and have always wanted to crochet some.  Since Easter is on it's way I decided to make an Easter themed nesting doll set which is available for purchase in my Ravelry Store. You can follow the link just under the picture above to check it out.   This pattern uses Premier Cotton Fair yarn. You'll require a 2.5mm crochet hook.  These little guys actually work up quite fast. Fun to make for you. Sure to please and intrigue the kids.  The egg comfortably holds a medium sized plastic Easter Egg, or a hard-boiled egg. I've shared the egg pattern below for free! I'm sure you can get creative with designs. I have seen some beautifully embroidered ones. Zeen's & Roger  shows you a few of their adorable embroidered eggs on their site. Something I have discovered and love, is boning

Polar Bear Hooded Blanket  A Cute Little Crochet Pattern  One thing comes before crochet in my life and that's family. We have 5 amazing children. They are my world!                                         Many of my projects are made for them or with them in mind. This was made for my 5 year old little guy. While I work on a project, they are so interested as it comes along. Always assessing my progress. The joy filled eyes I see when they receive it finished, knowing the time I committed to making it ... what a treasure! We give a little bit of ourselves along with our crochet.   I hope you have as much fun making this as I did. I always appreciate a good, easy pattern that allows you to simply enjoy crocheting. Not taxing on the mind.  Made with the wonderfully soft and bulky Bernat Blanket Yarn in white. My blanket used 5 large balls. You'll also need a bit of black, along with an 8mm crochet hoo
